PSYCH-K® Master Facilitation Workshop – Long Beach – California

PSYCH-K® Master Facilitation Workshop – Long Beach – California (In-Person)

Master Facilitation Workshop

Step into the Art of True Facilitation

The PSYCH-K® Master Facilitation Workshop is a profound next step for those who feel called to go beyond technique—and step into mastery.

This four-day immersive experience is not just about what you do in a session… it’s about who you are while doing it.

You will learn how to facilitate powerful, transformational one-on-one PSYCH-K® sessions with clarity, confidence, and presence—whether in person or remotely using Surrogation. This workshop is designed to refine your skills, deepen your awareness, and elevate the way you hold space for others.

At the heart of this training is a powerful shift in perspective:

PSYCH-K® is not something you do to someone.
It is something you co-create with them.

The Essence of This Workshop

This experience is rooted in the understanding that lasting transformation happens in a space that is safe, sacred, and free of attachment.

You will be guided into embodying the role of an Isumataq—
a “keeper of the sacred space in which wisdom is revealed.”

This is the foundation of true facilitation.

Because ultimately…
the power to change has never been in the facilitator—
it has always been within the person in front of you.

Your role is to help them access it.

What You Will Learn

This workshop goes far beyond repeating processes. It teaches you the art behind them.

You will develop:

✨ Confidence in facilitating complete 1:1 sessions from start to finish
✨ The ability to guide meaningful, clear, and impactful Goal Statements
✨ Deep listening skills that allow you to truly hear what matters
✨ The capacity to hold space without attachment, expectation, or agenda
✨ Clarity around session structure, flow, and professional facilitation
✨ Skills to work effectively with clients in person, on the phone, or via video using Surrogation
✨ A deeper understanding of ethics, integrity, and the scope of PSYCH-K® facilitation

You will also explore key elements such as: – Session preparation and intention
– Working with secondary gains
– Creating real, meaningful transformation (not just “doing more Balances”)
– Supporting clients between sessions
– Building trust, safety, and clarity in your sessions

A Different Kind of Mastery

This workshop is not about becoming someone who “fixes” others.

In fact, PSYCH-K® is very clear:

The Facilitator does not heal.
The Partner creates the change.

When you truly integrate this… everything shifts.

You become more present.
More neutral.
More powerful—without effort.

And your sessions become deeper, cleaner, and more effective.

Why This Workshop Matters

Many people know the processes.
Few truly master the space in which they happen.

This is where the real transformation lives.

Because when the space is held with clarity and integrity—
the wisdom of the subconscious can emerge naturally…
and change happens in a way that feels effortless, aligned, and real.

Who This Is For

This workshop is for you if you have completed the PSYCH-K® Basic Workshop and feel ready to:

– Deepen your facilitation skills
– Work more confidently with others
– Expand into professional sessions
– Offer PSYCH-K® both in-person and remotely
– Grow not only in skill—but in presence

This Is Not Just a Training

This is a shift in how you see yourself…
your role…
and the people you work with.

It’s where doing becomes being.
Where method becomes mastery.
Where facilitation becomes a true partnership.

If you feel the pull…
you’re probably ready.
