PSYCH-K® Master Facilitation Workshop In-Person

Was beinhaltet der PSYCH-K® Master Facilitation Workshop?

Der Workshop ist für alle diejenigen gedacht, die ihr Können verfeinern und anreichern wollen, um ausgezeichnete und erfahrene PSYCH-K® Begleiter zu werden. Für die, die mit PSYCH-K® professionell arbeiten wollen, ist er eine echte Empfehlung.

Themen sind:

  • die Transformation von Emotionen und Stress, aus der Vergangenheit, der Gegenwart oder in Erwartung zukünftiger Situationen
  • das Empfangen von Botschaften aus Zuständen oder Situationen.
    Wir überprüfen, ob ein bestimmter Zustand oder eine Situation eine dahinterliegende Botschaft für uns enthält. Anstatt die Botschaft zu verdrängen und zu versuchen, „den Botschafter umzubringen“, geht es darum, die Botschaft zu erkennen, auf sie zu hören sie in unser System und unser Handeln zu integrieren. Das wirkt sich auf den Zustand oder die Situation aus.
  • die Stellvertretung für einen Partner einrichten, also stellvertretend für jemanden zu balancieren.
  • Wir üben intensiv, wie eine PSYCH-K®-Sitzung durchgeführt wird:
    • 1 : 1 – das heißt im direkten Kontakt
    • als Skype/online-Sitzung
    • als Telefon-Sitzung

Als Nachbereitung des Master Facilitation Workshops gibt es in den nächsten Monaten zwei online-Gespräche/Sitzungen, in denen ich auf mittlerweile aufgetretene Fragen antworte.

Die Teilnahme am PSYCH-K® Advanced Workshop ist keine Vorbedingung für die Teilnahme am Master Facilitiation Workshop. Voraussetzung ist der PSYCH-K® Basic Workshop!

If you’ve already attended the PSYCH-K® Basic Workshop In-Person and recognise the amazing potential of this work, you may now be wondering: How can I take these skills deeper? How can I support others with more confidence, ease, and mastery?

That’s where the Master Facilitation Workshop comes in. Think of it as a natural and beautiful extension of the Basic Workshop, designed to elevate your facilitation skills, build your confidence, and expand the ways you can work with yourself and with others.

This in-person workshop is for both professional and non-professional PSYCH-K® Facilitators who are ready to:

  • Develop high-level facilitation skills beyond what is possible in the Basic Workshop.

  • Conduct effective private sessions in-person, online (Zoom, Skype, etc.), or by phone.

  • Confidently navigate challenges such as secondary gain or muscle testing exceptions.

  • Create a safe and sacred space for transformation, embodying the role of Isumataq –“the keeper of the sacred space in which wisdom is revealed”

By the end of the workshop, you will know how to:

  • Share PSYCH-K® with confidence through a personal “Core-Connection” statement
    (better than an elevator pitch)

  • Facilitate dynamic private sessions from start to finish – in-person, online, or by phone

  • Use surrogation effectively, both in-person (e.g. a parent for a child) and long-distance so that you can facilitate online sessions.

  • Address and resolve secondary gain with clarity and compassion.

  • Discover the spiritual messages hidden in life’s challenges via the Messages Protocol.

  • Handle exceptions to the Balance processes and muscle testing difficulties with ease.

  • Integrate feedback through practice sessions, deepening your skills each step of the way.

You’ll also receive:

  • In advance of the workshop, a 42-page Facilitator’s Manual, which will provide ongoing support with whatever questions may arise in your facilitation journey. We’ll discuss the material contained in the Facilitator Manual in a pre-workshop Zoom call.

  • Practice and integration time within the workshop to anchor your learning and to support your evolution.

  • Many PSYCH-K® sessions in the role of Partner, bringing real-life issues to the table to be addressed. An opportunity to transform your life, alongside learning how best to support others.

  • As well as all of the above, you will continue to participate in PSYCH-K® sessions following the workshop, to integrate and practice what you learned.

  • This will be followed by a post-workshop Zoom call, a few weeks after the workshop, an opportunity to share your experience, clarify anything you’re unsure of and to celebrate your success.

  • Supplemental materials will be sent following the workshop, including guidance on marketing, presentations, and professional do’s and don’ts

  • Ongoing support as you continue your facilitation journey

To attend this workshop, you must have completed the PSYCH-K® Basic Workshop In-Person at least one month before joining the Master Facilitation Workshop. We also ask that you actively use the PSYCH-K® processes in your daily life before attending, so you arrive confident, prepared, and ready to deepen your skills.

Please note:
You’ll receive your Facilitator Manual in the week before the workshop. From that point, your workshop has officially begun, and refunds aren’t available.
